Alden Bridge one of the most sought after villages in The Woodlands as a host of shopping centers, restaurants and parks. It is one of the largest and newer villages in the Woodlands, with now over 7,000 homes and over 20,000 residents.
HISTORY & AMENITIES
Alden Bridge was opened in 1994 when Roger Galatas was the president of The Woodlands Operating Company. He named it specifically after his home town in Louisiana. This Woodlands village is bordered by FM 2978 and FM 1488 with easy access to Research Forest and the University Center. It also neighbors Jones State Forest — a 1,733-acre haven for nature lovers.

Residents of Alden Bridge enjoy access to 20 parks, each with different amenities. Alden Bridge is also home to two Woodlands private schools--The Woodlands Christian Academy and St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School.
